As a Mindfulness Practitioner, I facilitate opportunities for clients to bring awareness to their thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment to become more focused in day-to-day activities or within a specific project. I am delighted to facilitate a mindful journey for clients which leads to more curious, open, accepting and kind individuals and communities.

I integrate mindfulness and mindfulness meditation into practice with individuals trying to conceive/ adopt, pregnancy and childbirth, and parenting. My mentors have been Dr. Michele Chaban and Dr. Robert MacFadden (University of Toronto), Sarah Kinsley (Royal Roads University), Dr. Dan Siegel (Mindsight Institute), and Dekyi Lee Oldershaw and Shelley Urlando (Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom).

In addition to providing mindfulness moments to clients, I am a senior instructor in the Applied Mindfulness Meditation certificate at the University of Toronto, co-founder of Mindfulness York Region (now Mindfulness Simcoe/York), and invited guest speaker to various community-based agencies.

Step 3: Mindfulness Moment Sessions

We begin mindfulness and mindfulness meditation practices.
